When placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you specified.
Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Proof of payment is not required, unless it is requested by the brand.
Placing an order represents the full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale, as well as the general conditions.
Order delivery time depends on the availability of parts in stock.
In the case of parts in stock, maximum shipping time is 3 to 5 working days.

We accept credit card payments (MasterCard, American Express and Visa) through Stripe, PayPal, and MB WAY platforms.
For your order to be valid, please fill in the billing and delivery address in full and correctly.
These addresses may be different if you require your items to be sent to an address other than the tax address specified for billing purposes.
Orders are sent from our studio in Lisbon according to the chosen delivery method.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the delivery information.
Registered mail is not insured mail. If you want to take out insurance, it must be communicated via email and pay the extra amount of that insurance, which will be indicated by us after consulting the existing possibilities. After sending the order Maria Avillez Jewelery is not responsible for the loss of the order.
Delivery costs will be added to the total cost of the order and according to the destination. Delivery costs will be shown before finalising an order.
At times, there may be free delivery offers advertised on the online store.
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to exchange the item. Items will only be exchanged after being analyzed and having confirmed that the item has not been used.
Exchanges can be made for another piece of equal or greater value. Delivery costs are added to the value.

Personalised items cannot be exchanged.
Right of free resolution
The deadline for exercising the Free Withdrawal right ends 14 days after the purchase of the piece. The Resolution decision must be communicated by e-mail to email@example.com, accompanied by the buyer's data.

According to the legislation in Portugal, all articles have a 2-year warranty.
The warranty does not include damages caused by improper use, loss, deterioration, oxidation, improper maintenance and cleaning, improper handling, negligence and accidents.
Pieces that have been modified other than by the brand lose their warranty.

Maria Avillez Jewellery reserves the right, on its own initiative, to correct any error or omission in any part of the website without prior notice. It can also make any other changes to the website, materials and products or services described on the website at any time without notice.
In the event of an error in the price of any product, we will contact the customer, presenting him with the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with due refund. If the customer wants to refund his order, this will be made using the same payment method as the order.
